The denitration project of Huayingshan Unit 32 began in March 2014, which lasted 9 months and was fully put into trial operation in December 2014. During this period, 60 sets of TORLEO split double-acting intelligent valve positioners were ordered in May 2014 to be used in the transformation of the boiler secondary air door system. During the period of use, the operation was stable, the control and positioning accuracy were accurate, and they were fully in line with the power plant secondary air door control. Request, obtain the unanimous approval of Party A. And successfully passed the acceptance monitoring of No. 32 unit denitrification project by Sichuan Provincial Environmental Monitoring Station in March 2015. The expert review team unanimously agreed that all indicators of the denitrification project of Sichuan Huayingshan Unit 32 reached the environmental protection acceptance standard, and the project effect was excellent.

In view of the excellent performance of the Torleo split double-acting intelligent valve positioner in the denitration project of Unit 32, in the subsequent denitration project of Unit 31, we contacted our company again to order 60 intelligent valve positioners of the same model. It is reported that the project successfully passed the 168-hour trial operation in June 2015.
