The technical exchange conference on pneumatic intelligent valve positioners between Yin Guang Group and Tuoyou was a resounding success, and Tuoyou’s intelligent valve positioners have been successfully deployed on site (due to confidentiality requirements at the defense‑industry enterprise, no on‑site photos are being released).
In 2016, Tuoyou’s products were incorporated into the supporting infrastructure of the newly constructed petroleum refining and chemical project of the Seventh Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
In 2021, the Guizhou Aerospace Wujiang aerogel expansion project, with a capacity of 12,000 cubic meters, was successfully commissioned. In Wuhan, Topu supplied 104 smart valve positioners, which have been in reliable service for four years and have earned high user satisfaction.
In 2023, the Mianyang Rongtong High-Tech project—boasting a 150,000‑ton capacity for the production and recycling of lithium iron phosphate battery cathode materials—is undergoing pre‑commissioning trial operations. At the site, frequent starts of large electric motors generate strong alternating electromagnetic fields, imposing stricter requirements on the EMC immunity of positioners. The Wuhan Tuoyou intelligent valve positioner, which employs nozzle‑flapper technology, has successfully passed acceptance testing.
